Description
Selaginella sp. Borneo Blue (megalura / hologram) is amazing, very iridescent spikemoss species and it has similar requirements to other Selaginella species. It is probably the highly prized S. megalura or S. sp. hologram, which both can be synonyms.
Selaginella sp. Borneo Blue (megalura / hologram) growing conditions:
- Humidity: high (80% or higher)
- Watering: intermediate or high (do not let the soil dry out completely, but avoid sogging).
- Soil: acidic with good drainage (Sphagnum moss with perlite and peat or similar)
- Fertilizing: very low to low
- Light: low to high (but the best blue colours are achieved under weaker light)
