Description
Cosmianthemum sp. Black (previously: Ophiorrhiza sp.) is a very rare species that originates from rainforest floor and it means it needs similar conditions like most of the other plants we offer. However, it grows slowly and stays small (rarely exceed 10 cm across) and it makes this plant ideally suited for even the smallest terarriums and vivariums.
Cosmianthemum sp. Black growing conditions:
- Light: low to high (can adapt to strong light)
- Humidity: high (around 70% or higher)
- Watering: intermediate (do not let the soil dry out, but avoid sogging for a longer period of time).
- Soil: acidic with good drainage (Sphagnum moss with perlite and peat or similar)
- Fertilizing: low
