Aechmea chantinii “Roberto Menescalis a very special, very rare and absolutely stunning bromeliad cultivar. It has very dark, almost black leaves with vibrant, variegated bands along its leaves. Depending on given amount of light, they are purple/red (under strong light) or yellow/orange/pinkish (under weaker light). Besides very ornamental leaves, it also blooms spectacularly, developing striking red inflorescence with yellow flowers.

Aechmea chantinii “Roberto Menescalbelongs to Bromeliaceae family. Unlike most of our other plants, it grows on a windowsill as well as in a terrarium, it simply does not bother with lower humidity.
